Roberto García García is a Mexican specialist doctor experienced in his area of knowledge: Traumatology and Orthopedics.
With over 3 decades as a specialist and 28 years as a professor, this health professional has dedicated himself to the practice of medicine and surgery, as well as to the training of university students and medical residents in the specialty.
He graduated as a surgeon from the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca. His training as an Orthopedic Traumatologist was at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
- He has been a professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca since 1994.
- He was part of the training team of medical specialists in Orthopedics at the General Hospital of the Ministry of Health of Oaxaca.
- He served for 25 years as a postgraduate professor of the specialty by the UABJO.
- He is a retired medic from the Ministry of Health, where he worked for 35 years.
In 2009 he published the book “Orthopedic Traumatology. Basic Concepts” edited by the UABJO, in which he developed topics of traumatic pathology of the musculoskeletal system; It was the predecessor and basis of “Traumatology and Orthopedics. Basic Topics for the Medical Student” 2019.
In 2021, he received from The Mexican Federation of Colleges of Orthopedics and Traumatology, the “FEMECOT Award” for Orthopedic excellence.
