Fred has lived and worked across six countries. He coaches youth basketball with a focus on confidence, discipline, and resilience. He has mentored teenagers aged 13–18. Through Next Page Writers, he coaches writers and edits manuscripts. His Spanish fluency and six years in Oaxaca inform his work with local youth and local content.
