In Her Words

“Mental health is a cornerstone of daily functioning. When it’s in balance, it improves quality of life. Athletes need this stability to reach their goals—and in turn, sports greatly benefit mental well-being in a reciprocal process.”

“Care must be comprehensive. Psychotherapy is the foundation, and medications are supportive tools when necessary. Self-awareness and coping strategies are key to long-term wellness.”
